Delivery Information

Every single customer and order is important to us at Crystals Hair Extensions. We use various couriers who will make sure your order reaches you on time.

Handling time:

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days depending on the product. 

For custom orders, we will advise accordingly.

Shipping options & time

Delivery time is calculated as handling time/production time plus shipping time. Our shipping and delivery services are not available on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note:

1. We may contact you if an order is shipping to an address other than the address listed on your PayPal account, or we may require additional information from you to verify that the billing address is indeed yours. We will not ship your order until your payment information has been confirmed. Using PayPal in this manner prevents fraudulent activity. We can process your order quicker if you list the address before placing your order.

2. To protect the cardholder or Paypal account holder, we reserve the right to send orders to the billing address if we cannot verify the shipping address.

3. Any duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your local customs for international or local deliveries are not our responsibility.
